Your confidence in your purchase matters. If DevJourney isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your DevJourney purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This is offered regardless of the reason, so you can try the course risk-free.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email [email protected] within the 14-day window. To help it be processed quickly, please include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order or receipt number, if available;
- (optional) a brief note on what didn’t work for you.
No reason is needed to qualify, but your feedback helps the course improve.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments for DevJourney are handled by the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. After the 14-day period
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law — for example, if the product is materially faulty or not as described. If you experience a technical problem, please reach out to [email protected] and every effort will be made to help.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer. As a consumer in the EU you may have a legal right of withdrawal; note that by purchasing and immediately accessing digital content you may be asked to acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once access begins.
